Open to pregnant mamas, yoga teachers who are wanting to know more about teaching prenatal, and any other birth workers or helpers!
All proceeds go to charity! Sharing is caring! I care about Terri Allen Woods, special guest and local doula, who will share more about how we will support mothers and healthier births in Africa.
I’ve experienced first hand, have witness over the years while teaching yoga, and have seen frequently in the birth room as a doula, that A PREGNANT MAMAS INTUITION AND NATURAL INCLINATIONS ARE THE BEST SOURCE OF HER WISDOM. And mamas need their wisdom turned on. Learning, trusting and attuning to ones body and psyche is a powerful force that supports your life greatly, metaphysics and science is just now catching up to studying the miracle that it is and that you are!! The benefits of practicing yoga while pregnant (or not) are countless and support the ‘whole’ person endlessly. I hope you may be able to join us for this prenatal class today that I am so thrilled to be offering!!
