Hello,
β Iβm Tawny Sterios.
I support women and families through birthwork, mindful movement, ritual, and embodied practices that honor the wisdom of the body and the cycles of life.
My work weaves together over a decade of experience as a birth doula, yoga teacher, movement guide, and facilitator of womenβs circles. I offer spaces where you can connect more deeply with yourself, your body, and the transitions you are moving through β whether that is preparing for birth, stepping into motherhood, or simply returning to your sense of inner grounding.
What I Offer
Birth Doula Support
Compassionate, grounded support throughout pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum. My approach includes presence, advocacy, hands-on comfort measures, breathwork, and helping families feel informed and empowered throughout the birth process.
Postpartum Care
Gentle, nurturing support for the early weeks after birth, including emotional presence, newborn care guidance, nourishing practices, and tending to the tender threshold of new parenthood.
Yoga & Embodied Movement
I teach a blend of Qoya, yoga, and intuitive movement β practices that invite you to slow down, listen inward, and expand your relationship with your body. Classes, workshops, and private sessions available.
Womenβs Circles & Ritual
Ceremony, creative expression, and ritual for life transitions β welcoming motherhood, honoring grief, reconnecting with joy, or simply finding space to be held in community.
Retreats & Workshops
Offerings that weave movement, nature, creativity, and embodiment practices to support deep rest, renewal, and self-connection.
My Approach
My work centers on presence, intuition, and embodied wisdom. Whether Iβm supporting a birth, guiding movement, or holding space in circle, my intention is to create environments where you feel grounded, supported, and more connected to yourself.

Qoya
Through movement, we remember. We remember, as women, that our essence is wise, wild and free.
