◊ 3 Prenatal Visits (1-2 hours each) - Comprehensive birth planning, comfort measures, positioning techniques, and emotional preparation

◊ Complete Labor & Birth Support - Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support from active labor through delivery

◊ 2 Postpartum Visits - Two 2-hour visits within 2 weeks of delivery for extended newborn care support, breastfeeding guidance, and birth processing

◊ 24/7 On-Call Support - Phone and email availability

◊ 2 Private Yoga Sessions - Prenatal and/or postnatal yoga sessions tailored to your needs and preferences
