Schedule a private 90-minute prenatal or postnatal yoga session with Tawny Sterios, an experienced Hatha yoga teacher and doula with over 15 years of expertise. Private sessions are available in your home or mine:

  • Single session: $75 (90 minutes)

  • Three sessions: $210

  • Five sessions: $325
